“North Beach” by Harold Newton. Another great one to share with everyone. Just the palette knife was used to create this late 1950’s early 1960’s painting by master artist Harold Newton. His use of colors in the palms and skill level are amazing. The best I’ve seen. It was sold on the road on one of his many trips up and down the coast and across the state.
This painting is 22” x 28” and was painted on canvas board. Harold Newton was the first member in the group with a skill level so great everyone looked up to him.
